In my heart there is neither Heaven or Hell; just chaos that rips through both worlds like the 'nado that ripped through poor old 'Lanta. My car is messed up because I was doing 95 easy down 85-S in the midst of that heavy torrent, my radio screaming through cracked windows at the downpour like a demon. One touch on the brakes and I was spinning in circles, and I was so ready to go down the impact didn't even phase me. I was loose as a wet noodle; wasn't even strapped down. I only called 911 because I thought my car was dead, but when I flipped the ignition and it seemed okay to roll, I canceled the call and kept going. The operator couldn't believe I didn't want to be looked at by parameds. Before I struck the wall, when I was still cruising and my heart was on fire, a bolt of lightning struck sideways and split the whole sky in two, and I made a toast to it. You wouldn't believe what it was like to arrive downtown and see that Nature had attacked my 'hood with the same chaos I felt in my heart. At first I thought terrorists had finally decided to hit 'Lanta. I couldn't believe it was all done by the wind. It was humbling to know that I was not the only one on a path of destruction that night.

Hi Jeremiah - glad you made it through that and hope you'll let me know if the chaos gets too difficult.
