I just finished a long, sloppy post that I barely had the patience to revise.

Since my blog is being watched by the Powers-That-Be, I've decided to make things interesting, and from now on I'm going to try to make my posts longer so if you want to keep tabs you'll at least have to spend some energy doing some reading. Who knows, the good bits might be near the end, eh?

And now, an observation about my dog.

First of all, we're friends again. I spoke with some people this weekend who persuaded me to stick it out. Apparently teething really takes over a puppy's brain and causes a lot of destructive behavior, so I shouldn't take it personally if she makes my arms and legs look like Frankenstein's Monster. Thank god she can't get at my gall bladder or else I'd really be in trouble.

I got some special ear-cleaning wipes for her today and cleaned out her right ear. Man, that was gross, but I'm so glad I did it sooner than later. I had no idea it got so bad in there.
